Revocation Application Services
This service is conducted with a licensed counselor. All required forms must be completed and electronically signed prior to the scheduled session. Once the service has been successfully completed, all submitted documents will be securely returned to our office via email for processing.
Online appointments are available Monday through Sunday between 11:00 AM and 7:00 PM. The fee for the Revocation Application service is $220.00 and is non-refundable.
ABOUT REVOCATION APPLICATION
This session is scheduled for 1 hour, at the end of session MVD driver improvement team will receive all of the required documents to submit the Revocation application for their consideration to approve or deny. MVD advises customers it may take up to 45 days for processing, and the individual will be notified by MVD once the application review process is complete with either an approval or denial letter. Any Court involved, and/or Parole/ Probation Officer can be notified at the customer request. A Certificate of completion is emailed to the customer within 24 hours.
