DUI Screening Evaluation
This service is conducted with a licensed counselor. All required intake and consent forms must be completed and electronically signed prior to the scheduled session. Once the evaluation process is successfully completed, submitted forms will be securely returned to our office via email.
Online appointments are available Monday through Sunday between 11:00 AM and 7:00 PM. The fee for the DUI Screening Evaluation is $70.00 and is non-refundable.
ABOUT THE EVALUATION
This session is scheduled for 1 hour, at the end of session MVD, any Court involved, and/or Parole/ Probation Officer can be notified, a Certificate of completion is emailed to the client within 24 hours.
