Program Overview
In Arizona, individuals may be ordered to complete an intensive 92 (108 total)-hour DUI/DWI Treatment Counseling Program following a clinical substance abuse assessment, repeated DUI/DWI offenses, or elevated Blood Alcohol Concentration (BAC) levels. This program is commonly required for repeat offenders, participants in Intensive Probation Supervision (IPS), or individuals enrolled in DUI/DWI Court programs.
